SEVERE WEATHER WARNINGS

direct to your operations centre by email or SMS at least 12 hours
before onset of severe weather. Warnings are sent for strong winds,
heavy rainfall, floods, severe thunderstorms, large hail, tornadoes,
dense fog and extreme heat. |

deliver clear and precise forecasts that help you to plan your daily
activities with confidence, and to minimise the impact of the weather

The
insurance industry is another business segment which is extremely
sensitive to the weather. We provide pertinent information on timing
and intensity of precipitation for the exact construction location for
either paving or roofing crews. If unexpected rain falls on fresh

Our 9-month weather forecast
is sent by email once a
month, normally towards the middle of the month. It includes a general
month-by-month weather forecast, including temperatures and rainfall. |

GENERAL MONTHLY SUMMARY |
|
The
General Monthly Summary (GMS) is a record of weather data, giving
daily values, means and averages for a range of weather elements.
The GMS 'weather log' helps farmers and other agriculturists to assess
how the weather may have affected their business and specific
activities like planting, spraying, irrigation and harvest.
The weather elements covered include:
- Temperature,
maximum and minimum
- Rainfall
- Wind, average and
maximum gust
- Humidity
- Significant
weather - days when thunderstorms, hail, fog and gales were reported
