SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH WATERSPOUT – 15th December 2010

A brief waterspout lasting around 5 minutes or so was seen off the Sliema front at Tigne at around 10:15am even though conditions were not really conducive for such a phenomemon. However, wind shear was definitely present. Severe thunderstorm warning was not issued – only a heavy rain watch was.
